Domestic Shipping:

For all our lovely customers within Australia, we rely on our hard working posties at Australia Post to get your order from us to your door. Here’s what you can expect:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

These are rough estimates, and while we wish we could personally hand-deliver every order, Australia’s a big place! If you're in a rural area or it’s a busy time (like Easter, Christmas... major national sales periods!), your parcel might take a little longer. But it’ll be worth the wait—we promise!

International Shipping:

We love our global friends! Here’s how long it’ll take to get your order delivered with Australia Post International:

• Standard International Shipping: 14-27 business days
• Express International Shipping: 6-14 business days

While we do our best to get your treasures to you ASAP, once your package leaves the land down under, it’s at the mercy of customs and local postal services. Please be patient and keep an eye on your tracking link. If your parcel is delayed via customs, you'll need to call your local post office or delivery service to follow through. We know that our packages have been held by customs in Dubai & China and aren't released until the receiver contacts the customs office - so please make sure to personally keep track!

The Fine Print (Because There’s Always Fine Print)

• Correct Address, Pretty Please!: Make sure your shipping address is spot-on, or your goodies might end up on an unexpected adventure (and we’re not responsible for that!). Double-check before you hit that ‘Order’ button. If you've noticed something wrong, contact us straight away!
• Delays Happen: We wish we could control everything, but sometimes things don’t go as planned which means receiving your parcel can take longer—public holidays, weather, global pandemic or a good old industry strike! Hang tight; it’s on the way!
