At Chunky Munky Co., we go the extra mile to give you the real-deal details—clear descriptions, unfiltered photos (yep, what you see is what you get!), and honest sizing notes on every product. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! We offer store credit or exchange on full-priced items returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- You must include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.
Please note:
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- We don’t cover return postage costs—shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- If your item is faulty, of course we’ll make it right. Get in touch and we’ll sort it ASAP.
ORGANISING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Shoot us an email at theteam@chunkymunkyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and return address info.
STORE CREDIT?
Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll issue you a store credit via email that never expires!
THE VERY RARE FAULTY ITEM
We carefully check each piece of clothing before it leaves our HQ, so in the very rare chance you find a fault or defect, please email us at theteam@chunkymunkyco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can sort it quickly.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We’re grateful to be sending Chunky Munky goodness around the globe! While we’d love to make returns from overseas as easy as possible, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Can I return an international order?
Yes—we accept returns for store credit only on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Email us at theteam@chunkymunkyco.com with your order number and reason for return to get the ball rolling.
Please note:
- All international returns are at the buyer’s expense, including postage and any applicable duties or taxes.
- We recommend using a tracked service—we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Store credit will be issued once we’ve received and approved your return.
Faulty international item?
We carefully inspect every piece before it ships, but in the very rare chance you spot a fault, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number and let's take it from there.
