How long does shipping take?
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $85.
Within Australia our standard postage rate is $9.95 & Express $14.95

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We offer change of mind returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Returns are issued as store credit or exchange.
Sale and outlet items are final sale.
Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please email theteam@chunkymunkyco.com with your order number and clear photos.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality. This may include a refund, replacement or repair depending on the issue.

We’re happy to exchange sizes within 14 days on full-priced items, provided they’re unworn and in original condition.
Do you restock sold out items?
Some styles are limited edition and may not return.

Where are your products made?
Our pieces are designed in Australia and ethically manufactured in small batches in Foshan, Guangdong, China.
We work with carefully selected production partners and use premium fabrics chosen for comfort, durability and everyday play.
How should I wash my items?
- Wash cold (30°C max)
- Wash inside out
- No bleach
- Don’t soak for more than 2 hours
- Use a wash bag for extra protection
- Dry in the shade where possible
- No tumble drying or dry cleaning
- Iron on low or steam
- Wash with similar colours
- Follow our care label—we’ve done the hard work for you!
