We want you to know that the Chunky Munky Co. fam check every product and lovingly package your orders personally before they're passed over to the mailman. We believe in a thorough check and well packaged order! It's ALL about the unveiling process!!

Chunky Munky Co. use Australia Post where all orders will be provided with tracking numbers. Postage costs are incorporated during the checkout process. The usual time for delivery is between 5-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Orders are sent out Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We stress that you please check your delivery address correctly during the checkout process. Chunky Munky co. are not responsible for follow up parcels that have had incorrect delivery details placed during checkout process. All enquiries or to alter details need to be followed up with Australia Post and their tracking number is to be provided. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Shipping charges for all international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All Intl orders are shipped via Australia Post International Economy Air and can take anywhere between 15-28 days to arrive depending on your country and any factors that could effect transit. Please note: Chunky Munky Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, custom duties etc).

HOLIDAYS:

Depending on the time of year, we're going to experience large order volumes that may affect your shipping times. Please consider the time of year it is and order your products early so that you will receive them ahead of time.

COVID-19 DELAYS:

Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays of 6-8 weeks for all orders outside of Australia.

Shipping within Australia will be mildly affected but understand situations quickly change and will keep you up to date with any of those changes!
