WHAT ARE THE SIZING OF CHUNKY MUNKY CO. GARMENTS?
Our clothing may run larger in size however all products are different and we recommend going up a size if your unsure of sizing as this guarantees the baby or child can eventually wear it. A size chart is attached as a guide to choosing a size. Please look at our sizing guide page.

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER? 
On all purchases made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you have not received a confirmation email please check all junk/spam folders as they can be in there. If you still can't find your confirmation email, please email us at

I DIDN'T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH MY ORDER?
Please check all junk and spam folders in your email account first as they can sometimes mistakenly be sent there. If you still can't find it, please email our customer care team at theteam@chunkymunkyco.com

 

IF I'VE PRE-ORDERED AN ITEM AND I ORDER AN IN-STOCK ITEM, WHEN WILL DELIVERY BE?
We'll send your order all together once the pre-order item has arrived

 

I WANT TO ADD ANOTHER ITEM BUT I'VE ALREADY PAID.
Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed due to the volume we process daily. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout. 
YOU'VE JUST SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK.
It'll be very rare, but it could happen and we're sorry for the inconvenience it will cause. We'll automatically process your order and keep it moving through the warehouse by refunding you of the missing item and completing the rest of your order. Unfortunately we can't put the order aside and allow the option to swap for something else as we are processing so many orders so frequently. 
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
A few days after your order, you'll get a confirmation email that it has been shipped with a link for tracking. Postage costs are incorporated at checkout. Orders should take 3-7business days depending on your location. Delivery time does vary on your location within Australia and is also dependent on local postal service department cycles. 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE ON MY ORDER?
It's the responsibility of the purchaser to organise their own shipping insurance.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
AUD: Australian dollars. Here's an online currency converter if you need to convert prices to your local currency. Just know conversions may be different depending on your credit card company.

 

IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
CHUNKY MUNKY CO. are super proud of our environmentally friendly packaging and ensure that it arrives in good condition. If your item arrives faulty/damaged please take photos and email theteam@chunkymunkyco.com immediately. We will communicate with you from there.
